Premama Prenatal Vitamin Review

I saw Premama Prenatal Vitamins in Vogue and have been curious to try them. I was gifted a bottle of these prenatal vitamins to try in return for my honest opinion on my blog.
I like that Premama Once Daily Prenatal Vitamins use evidence-based ingredients. Everything they do is backed by clinical research. The vitamins are free of pollutants, artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners and preservatives. They are non-GMO, gluten free, vegetarian, and kosher. I have been very low on iron this pregnancy, so I like that these vitamins have an iron aspect to them. Gummy vitamins are something that I prefer, but these capsules are not difficult to swallow. You only need to take one capsule a day and it is not very big. Something unique about these prenatal vitamins is that they are infused with an all natural peppermint oil so it is like having a mint. I had never experienced this with other vitamins.
Premama has a variety of products available. There is a postnatal vitamin available that I would be interested in trying out after I have my baby. It is supposed to help your body and mind recover postpartum. This can be taken as soon as your little one is born for up to a year.
