Looking for an easy family meal? Well, look no further than The Miller's Favorite Lasagna! I cook quite often for my parents and my brothers as well as my own family. This lasagna has been a family favorite to even those who are picky eaters.
Ingredients
- Lasagna noodles cooked to packaging directions
- 48 oz of your favorite pasta sauce
- 8 oz of full fat cottage cheese
- 2 cups of mild or medium cheddar cheese
- 2 cups of mozzarella cheese
- 2 lbs. of ground meat (we used ground beef)
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375. Cook your meat in a pan until it is browned. While your meat is cooking you can cook your lasagna noodles using the directions on the packaging. Grab a 9x13 glass casserole dish and pour a small amount of the red pasta sauce into the dish (see photo below). This will help so the lasagna doesn't stick. Once the meat is cooked pour the rest of the red pasta sauce into the browned meat and stir.
Put a layer of meat sauce on the noodles.
Put small dollops of cottage cheese for the next layer.
